1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All travel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A booking is confirmed and eligible for use only after full or partial payment is received and acknowledged by us.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided (e.g., names, travel dates, contact details, passport particulars) is accurate at the time of booking.


2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made before the issuance of tickets, hotel vouchers, or other travel documents.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and online payment (where applicable).

  • Prices are quoted in SGD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, and third-party pricing.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.

  • Administrative fees may apply. Refund processing may take up to 21 business days.


4. Visa Services

  • We provide visa assistance, but the approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.

  • We are not liable for delays, rejections, or any losses due to visa issues.

  • All visa-related documents provided must be truthful and complete.


5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

  • Joy Travel & Tours Pte Ltd is not responsible for losses arising from accidents, medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or lost baggage unless otherwise stated.


6. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of these suppliers.

  • We are not liable for damages or losses due to natural disasters, war, delays, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must have valid travel documents, visas, and necessary vaccinations before traveling.

  • It is your responsibility to comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination country.

  • You are expected to behave responsibly during your trip.


8. Changes by the Company

  • Joy Travel & Tours Pte Ltd reserves the right to make changes to travel itineraries due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We may substitute hotels, flights, or tours with similar alternatives without prior notice.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and promotional materials, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Joy Travel & Tours Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.


10. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
